Step 1: Awareness

The first step is knowing what’s draining and boosting your energy. Spend a week tracking your patterns—notice when you feel most energized and when you’re ready to crash. This clarity will help you make smarter choices.

Step 2: Alignment

Are you spending your energy on things that matter to you? If not, it’s time to pivot. Start saying no to things that don’t align with your priorities and yes to the things that light you up.

Step 3: Action

Small steps lead to big changes. Use the SMASH framework to create a plan:

  • Set Your Intention: Decide what you want to focus on.
  • Make It Measurable: Pick a specific, realistic goal.
  • Automate/Take Action: Set up systems to make the process easier.
  • Self-Reinforced Management: Celebrate your wins.
  • Habit Stack: Pair your new habit with an existing one.
